Terms of Service
These terms cover how you can use the AdRestore website and our Meta ad account recovery service. By submitting a case or booking a call, you agree to what's set out here. They're written to be readable; if anything is unclear, email hello@adrestore.net.
1. About the service
AdRestore (“we,” “us”) is an independent service that helps businesses recover Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad accounts that have been disabled or restricted. We work cases through Meta's standard, public channels and bring experience with how those channels operate. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.
2. Who can use it
You may use the service if you are at least 18 years old and are the owner of the affected Meta ad account, or an authorized agent acting on its behalf with the owner's permission. By submitting a case, you confirm that's true.
3. How a case works
- You submit the contact form and the diagnostic questions through the website.
- We review your case and reply by email, usually within a few hours, with whether we think we can help.
- If we can take it on and you agree to proceed, we send a payment link. Work begins once payment is received.
- We pursue recovery through Meta's official channels and keep you informed as the case progresses.
4. 72-hour guarantee and backup plan
If your existing Meta ad account isn't back up and running within 72 hours of us starting active work, here's our backup: at no extra cost, we'll attempt to set up a new Meta ad account for you and walk you through the process on a call. If we can't get either option working, you get a no-questions-asked full refund of the fee you paid — no forms, no fine print.
A few practical details so there are no surprises:
- The 72-hour clock starts when we confirm we're taking the case and you've paid, not when you first submit the form.
- The new-account-setup attempt and walkthrough call are included in the case fee — there's no surcharge for the backup path.
- The guarantee covers the case fee only. It doesn't cover unrelated losses such as paused ad spend, lost revenue, or third-party costs.
- If you change your mind and ask us to stop at any point before we've completed work, we'll refund you in full.
5. Fees and payment
The current rate is shown on the website — today, $997 per case under a founding-client rate available for the first 5 cases. Payment is requested only after we confirm we can take the case. We use a third-party payment processor (Stripe) to charge the fee; we do not see or store your full card details.
Refunds, when applicable under Section 4, are issued to the original payment method.
6. What we need from you
- Accurate information. Your case relies on what you tell us. Withholding or misstating key facts can make recovery impossible and voids the 72-hour guarantee.
- Cooperation. If we ask for additional details or steps from you (e.g., confirming identity to Meta), please respond promptly. We can't be on the hook for delays caused by waiting on you.
- No parallel work. While we're on the case, please don't file additional appeals or run other recovery efforts in parallel — they can confuse Meta's queue and slow us down. If you want to stop our work and try something else, just let us know.
7. What we don't do
- We don't use bots, fake identities, or any tactic that violates Meta's terms. If a case can't be solved through legitimate means, we say so and don't take it.
- We don't guarantee any particular outcome beyond the 72-hour guarantee in Section 4 — final decisions about your account belong to Meta, not us.
- We don't represent you in legal proceedings, send legal notices on your behalf, or provide legal advice.
8. Intellectual property and trademarks
“Meta,” “Facebook,” and “Instagram” are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. We reference them solely to describe the service we provide. The AdRestore name, logo, and site content are ours; please don't copy them for commercial use without asking.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law:
- The service is provided “as is.” We make no warranties beyond the explicit guarantee in Section 4.
- Our total liability to you for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for that case.
- We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost ad spend, or business interruption — even if we knew they were possible.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by applicable law (e.g., for fraud or willful misconduct).
10. Termination
Either of us can end the engagement at any time by email. If we end it before completing the case, you'll get a refund under Section 4. If you end it after we've started, the same refund terms apply.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be summarized at the top of this page for a reasonable period. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
