Privacy Policy

This page explains what information AdRestore (“AdRestore,” “we,” “us”) collects when you use our website and Meta ad account recovery service, how we use it, and the choices you have. We try to keep this short, plain, and accurate.

Information we collect

We only collect what we need to review your case and follow up with you:

  • Contact details you provide on the website: your name, email address, and (optionally) your Meta account ID.
  • Case details you provide on the diagnostic questions form: when your account was taken down, account history, whether you have multiple accounts, the reason Meta gave, any message Meta showed you, and any additional notes you share.
  • Booking details if you schedule a call: handled by Google Calendar appointment scheduling, which collects the information you enter directly with Google.
  • Technical metadata our hosting provider records automatically: IP address, browser user-agent, timestamps, and referring URL. This is standard request-log data used for security and abuse prevention.

We do not knowingly collect payment card information through this site. Payments are processed by a separate payment provider after we confirm we can take your case.

How we use it

  • To review whether we can help with your case and let you know.
  • To communicate with you about your case, scheduling, and (if applicable) payment.
  • To prevent spam and abuse (via Cloudflare Turnstile and rate-limiting).
  • To meet legal and accounting obligations once you become a paying client.

We do not use your information to send marketing or newsletters, and we do not sell, rent, or trade it.

Service providers we share data with

We use a small number of third-party services to operate the site. Each one only receives the data they need:

  • Cloudflare — hosts the website, serves the contact and questions forms, and runs the Turnstile spam-check. Cloudflare may process your IP address and Turnstile interaction data on our behalf.
  • Resend — delivers the lead-notification email to us when you submit the case form. Resend processes your name, email, and form responses to deliver that single message.
  • Google — powers the optional “Book a call” calendar widget. If you use it, the information you enter goes to Google under Google's privacy policy.
  • Stripe (later, only if you become a paying client) — processes any payment. We never see or store your full card details.

We are not affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc., and we do not share your information with Meta as part of our service except through the public channels Meta itself provides for account appeals (with your authorization).

Cookies and local storage

We try to keep this minimal:

  • The contact form briefly stores your name, email, and Meta ID in your browser's sessionStorage so the questions page can pre-fill them. This data is cleared when you submit or close the tab.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile may set first-party cookies on the questions page to perform its spam check.
  • We do not use third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or social-media pixels.

How long we keep it

  • Submissions we can't help with: deleted within 90 days of the case-review reply.
  • Active and converted clients: retained for the duration of the engagement and afterward as needed for accounting, tax, and legal record-keeping (typically 7 years).
  • Booking-only contacts (you booked a call but didn't submit a case): retained for 30 days unless you proceed with a case.
  • Server request logs: short retention windows controlled by our hosting provider, typically days, not months.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

  • Confirm what information we hold about you.
  • Correct anything that's inaccurate.
  • Delete your information, subject to any legal record-keeping we're required to maintain.
  • Stop using your information for a specific purpose.

To make a request, email hello@adrestore.net. We aim to respond within 30 days.

Security

All site traffic is delivered over HTTPS. Data at rest sits in Cloudflare's encrypted infrastructure. We restrict internal access to the inbox and tools that receive your information, and we use strong authentication where appropriate. No system is perfect, but we treat your information seriously and act quickly on anything that looks off.

Children

Our service is for businesses and is not directed at people under 18. If you're not at least 18 and the owner or authorized agent of a Meta ad account, please don't submit information through this site.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be summarized at the top of the page for a reasonable period.
